- Hey Robin! Thanks for the comment on my blog, and I hope you read them all. As an instructor/trainer/coach I feel that I owe my fighters and students my honest opinions and advice, whether they like it or want to hear it. Sugarcoating the truth does nothing to help a fighter (or anyone else) improve. By the way, LOVE the new pics!! Best wishes for success in your career!

- I've always been a fan. I'm a strength and conditioning coach, crossfit coach, trainer, etc. I have a couple young mma guys but the majority of my clients play pro baseball.
